C.O. Bigelow Cold and Flu Soak

A remedy to help fight the cold

With the recent weather change, one day hot the next cold, I came down with a sudden cold, literally just with the snap of a finger!  Feeling achy all over and my nose running like a tap, I decided to try the Co Bigelow cold and flu soak.  I ran a hot bath and put in 6 cap fulls as directed.  The soak does foam a little which was nice but the main thing that gets you instantly before even stepping into this steaming and inviting bath, are the vapours of eucalyptus and peppermint.

I laid in the bath for about 30 minutes soaking and allowing the vapours to help ease my congested nose.  After soaking I bathed myself as one would normally do.  I have to honestly say that after having the bath, my nose was less runny and I felt much clearer than before.  I am truly impressed with this soak.  I am going to say that this is definitely a keeper in my cabinet for fighting the winter lurgies!

C.O. Bigelow Cold & Flu Soak is available in Liberty for £22.00, 250ml
